New Unit of P.E

In P.e we have been put in to for teams to make a strong team and we used whanaunga tanga to help us get along with each other and learn about each other strengths after a couple of weeks we have building a strong team.  This kaupapa has been really to cool to bond with my team and find new mates within my class because if I didn’t get put in these groups I would of just went with my mates and now I think I’m starting to get a little crush on one of my team mates Calais. This week I wasn’t able to play this week due to my leg but still cheering my team on from the side but I was making sure they were stretched and warm and ready to rip up the court. Our other activity we had to was build a tower using cups, straws, balloons and chop sticks I think we done very well but our tower ended up falling over when we were done because we did not have enough support on the bottom

Math

In my class we have been learning trigonometry this topic was very hard for me to pick up but after a couple of lessons I was finally getting the hang of it and on week eight I was really getting it. It always got harder with each question but education perfect helps a lot in your Math and English this subject we were doing was so hard, at start I could barely get one question. I didn’t really like this topic overall but working with my mates made it better and easier to work with people I can open up too and be yourself is way more better than doing it with other people but our teacher always pushes us to be the best that we can. Leadership

To me a leader is someone you can trust, someone you can talk about your problems that you have in life and trust them that they won’t tell anyone.

Also they have to be humble because we don’t want someone that brags about that he is the leader and bosses everyone around And has to be respectful to everyone and treats everyone the same. The people I think are leaders are my mates (Nikau, Oranga, Kotahi) they are all trustworthy they not humble but there treat everyone like a brother

Leadership is all about inspiring others to achieve a common goal. A great leader is someone who can communicate their vision clearly and motivate their team to work towards that vision. They lead by example, and they are always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions from their team. A good leader is someone who takes responsibility for their actions and is not afraid to admit when they are wrong. They are honest, trustworthy, and they always act with integrity. Finally, a great leader is someone who is willing to learn and grow. They are constantly seeking new knowledge and skills to improve themselves and their team. By being a great leader, you can inspire others to achieve greatness and make a positive impact on the world.
